Great quiet place to live, valet trash, nice gym and club house for residents. Walking trail. And shops nearby. Staff is nice and attentive

I think Cascades has the potential to be a 5 star property. There are things that I pay for as a resident that should be easily accessible and functional. There are gym machines that need tending to, the pet washroom also needs to be fixed or replaced, the proper sanitation at the dog park, both the pools being functional, and possibly security. There are people who are smoking weed in the gym/pool house. I have kids and I hate for them to go there to workout because it smells so bad. The staff... is helpful if I bring an issue to them, but no one wants a nag, so I have stopped saying anything. I do enjoy the location, and my home, just minor issues. This is not a negative or positive review. It is just an honest one.

Best community to live in. Maintenance staff respond promptly to work orders . Leasing staff always makes me feel welcomed coming in. Largest gym I’ve ever seen in a community and they have two big pools.

It’s nice i had a lot of issues but it tend to get fixed after a while. My apartment got changed the day i moved in and the apartment i moved in was not freshed someone had just moved out and needed work to be done on it.

The community has been great so far! I had no issues with anything as of yet. This will be my first summer in the community and I am looking forward to utilize the pool area.
