Friendly staff that greets you by name. Great place to live. Great area of town. Very pet friendly. Apartment amenities are kept clean and well maintained.

Love it here, maintenance is so fast, packages are secure, it is super clean. Only thing I wish is for there to be a way to get packages when the concierge is away which does happen sometimes

The rating is really 4.5 stars due to very minor things that could be found at any complex. A new cast of characters moved into the building, which is a plus that bumped up my rating. Any cons just mostly come from the territory of living Uptown, so it's nothing to deter any future residents from considering moving to Circa Uptown. The staffing does whatever they can do keep/make it a pleasant living experience.

All of the staff here is amazing! Everyone is friendly and efficient, from maintenance to management. The ONLY complaint I have ever had is gameday traffic, but the city finally worked to improve accessibility since we've moved in.
