Good location, guest parking can be excessive, and always smells like smoke.
Most of all floors do not have any kind of soundproofing so if you live anywhere but the 5th floor you will hear your upstairs neighbors every move.

Things that circa says the provided when we signed the lease vs what actually happens:
-Free Visitor parking at all times, first come first serve (what actually happens: visitors of guests must now pay $40 on game days when there is a football game. This is not for the benefit of residents but rather a way for them not to have to check that they are actual visitors of residents)
-We will continue to update you on elevator reservations”: I can’t even begin to try to count the amount of times the... elevator has been reserved for moving/construction and there is no update on it being reserved/broken (which btw an elevator breaks here probably once a month and at one point both were broken! If you’re ADA, def don’t move here).
I’ve been living here a year and a half now and it has only continued to go downhill. Move here if all that sounds great to you, but man I can’t even begin to imagine what it will be like a year from now.

It has been great living at Circa Uptown. The location is amazing and having the amenities is a huge plus. I feel at home at circa uptown which is amazing.

I love the amenities, beautiful hallways and rooms,and friendly staffs. The location is perfect, almost in the heart of the city. Living in Charlotte has been easier by choosing circa as our home.
