Elan Research Park is a wonderful place to reside. My mother and I adore it here. We've recently moved from a three-bedroom to a two-bedroom apartment and are very happy and comfortable.

Walls are very thin, I can hear every step made in the apartments above me and music from apartments on both sides of me. Neighbors banging on my floor when I walk quietly around. Gates don’t work the best and speed bumps are awful. Pool has been closed for half of the summer. WiFi is $75 and we have outages constantly. Pickleball court is only open when the office is open. Many things in my apartment have broken and needed to be replaced (ceiling fans, sink, fridge just to name a few). Built... very poorly and very cheap yet the price of rent is insane.

Our pickleball court is open until 10pm and our pool has been open all summer with the exception of a part needing to be replaced to ensure the safety and satisfaction of... those who utilize it.
