horrible experience
I got a horrible experience with cockroaches on the first day it self.
We went to shopping at 5 pm and came back at 8 pm on that day and we are all surprised with cockroaches on living room walls, kitchen, laundry and bathroom etc. We killed around 30 roaches on that day. We continuously killing the roaches for couple of days. I reported this incident to the management and management told me that pest control team will come on every other Tuesday. So, I need wait for 8 more days to resolve this... issue. My kids were afraid of these roaches and they didn't sleep well in the nights.
Management should have done pest control before giving apartments to the new tenants. I noticed these roaches backside of freezer and stove.
I got one more incident on the rental insurance. I took rental insurance from progressive and not added additional interest in my policy. For not adding additional interest, they charged $35 from my account for that month rental insurance even though I have an insurance. Management should have told me that I need to add additional interest in the policy before giving home keys to me. But that not happen.
Kids park is too small and it not clean. Kids not showing any interest to play here.
We need to wait long time to get the lease agreement from the management.
Mailbox area is getting very bad smell and not able to stand for a minute.
I have not seen visitor parking signs here.

We regret to hear that your experience has not met your expectations. Our apartment homes are cleaned before each new resident moves in. You moved in Saturday and pest control was on property today. They saw no evidence of any pests in... your apartment home.
Insurance requirements were noted in the welcome letter you received.
Our grounds are picked up 5 days a week. If you see anything that needs to be addresses between pickups, please contact our office team so we can address it as soon as possible.
