We’re living in MAA Ballantyne 3 months and I like everything and everyone. Our apartment very cozy, with great view, super culm. People, who work there very helpful and nice. I can recommend everyone live here.

This place is not fit for family with young kids as you cannot take them in to the play area as there will always be some big boys playing soccer and its not safe. The management is not helpful and does not understand the risk or safety of young kids.

I live on top floor and people are squatting in attic above me and management will not do anything about it - the squatters come in after midnight and keep me up all night and get especially loud when i unplug wifi -
Maintenance gets vindictive when you don’t give them glowing reviews so they can get their month end $250 bonus
Have never seen an apartment complex as brazenly dishonest and hateful as this one - they send blanket emails about wearing covid masks yet i never see anyone in the... complex with a covid mask on
If you move in, don’t do a review too early - don’t do a review until you have lived here 3 months

I love my apartment and the location. However, after three years I find with the increase in rent every year it is getting financially challenging to live here. It would break my heart to have to leave.

Plenty of room for a one bedroom apartment. Great location. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Access to interstate is close by. Post Ballantyne grounds are kept up well. Plenty of parking and parking spaces are wider than normal. Quiet. No issues with any tenants. Office personnel are professional and helpful with any issues. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and done the right way the first time.
