I enjoy my apartment, the amenities, garage access and the cleanliness of the property. As a tenant of a couple of months, many features of the apartment weren’t discussed. The light on the balcony, not near the area, the cooling and heating remote wasn’t explained and when I took it downstairs to ask for explanation, no one could explain. Maintenance was called to explain. It was not shared that there is not a communication system for guest visiting…no bell. a guest must use there phone to... call a tenant and the tenant must go downstairs to let the guest in the building. The cable service that is mandatory for the building,
