Easy going community with nice in apartment amenities (kitchen island, sinks, appliances etc.).
Apartment amenities could use some improvements (pool, gym, etc.), but they are all good enough for what you pay for.

I love living here! Management and maintenance are always so very kind and attentive! The property is always clean and I have had zero complaints since living here for almost a year now.

Love living at Midwood - management is super nice, the complex uses Flex payments, has Parcel Pending and you can't beat the location! I think the only downfall is the parking situation, its not gated and the pool is super tiny.

amazing so far, only complaint is the mailroom is a bit complicated sometimes. Things not always where they should be/great access or a place to mail larger packages. Most of the time is great otherwise. Very kind people

Building parking lot lacks lighting and safety features to prevent crime but overall the building / amenities are nice. Car was stolen out of the parking lot shortly after moving in - so a more secure parking area would be nice, always use a steering wheel lock in the meantime.
