The elevators being consistently out has been tough to deal with. As well as the noise level in the building with people shouting and screaming between midnight and 4am. The apartment itself was dirty upon moving in, the cabinets and closet shelfs were broken and so dusty they were sticky.

The staff is fantastic. The apartment is large but old. The amenities are okay. There's a slight roach issue when it's cold outside but the staff does act quickly. I was thinking of renewing my lease but this was too big of a deterrent for me.

Building are clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Resident parking not an issue and staff is efficient with any changes that need to be made.
