NoDa flats is improving. As a new resident to North Carolina there are so many new apartment developments to choose from. There’s so much competition. I hope the fire pit is working so I can enjoy the cold winter nights.

The location and community at NoDa Flats made me feel so at home immediately. The gym and pool facilities are wonderfully maintained and our community events are actually enticing.
