I like this complex I have been living here for many years the staff are nice and the maintenance service is good
But there is a problem that bothers me from the neighbors who live above me
Very annoying and make a lot of noise.

The move in process was hectic, the staff seemed like they didn’t want to do their job and lots of issues with communication. The apartment itself is nice though.

We have been here 8 years and the biggest problem has been the constant changing in the office. Before you get to know one group another one has been hired. And which each group the rules change. The rules for the parking lot and trash removal are forever changing. I currently have a rental car because I purchased another car this week. The dealership gave me a rental while my car is repainted. I was told I only have 4 days to have the rental in the parking lot. While is that rule in place? The... rental is a 2024 with valid tags and I am a tenant with a good record. I don't understand the logic. I am pressuring the dealership to get my new car to me but I should have to worry about their car being towed away if my new car isn't ready in 4 days! This makes me think we are not allowed to have rental cars.
