Check your vents for mold

Multiple units have mold in their vents. Maintenance does as little as possible to “fix” apartments up and put them back up for rent. The new lead maintenance guy is not qualified for the job and doesn’t treat his coworkers very well.

Very comfortable & spacious apartment.

Wonderful place to live. The staff and service are great. There is a great saltwater pool that you can enjoy year round. They have several socials during the year where you can meet & greet friends old and new.

Long Term Resident

Preserve at Ballantyne was my #1 choice in an apartment community when I moved to Charlotte four years ago. The floor plan is perfect for my needs, the leasing/office staff makes everyone feel welcome, and the maintenance crew is always response to my maintenance requests with the correct solution the first time. The grounds are nicely landscaped and well maintained and the amenities are perfect for my needs and interests. Preserve is so suited to me that I've renewed my lease each year... without even considering looking anywhere else. I encourage anyone in need of an apartment in the South Charlotte are to check out Preserve at Ballantyne. You won't be disappointed.
