Resident's cars will be towed multiple times.

The absolute worst apartment complex I have stayed at in 10 years. They have placed yellow tow boots onto residents' cars weekly. During the time when you sign your lease it states for you to give your license plate and make/model of car. however, the front office noted "it states in your lease we can change policies at any time." So now even if your vehicle is listed on the lease, they can still boot your car.
I have never in my life dealt with a more incompetent group of people. It's as if... they act like protecting their own residents does not matter.

Terrible experience at Apartments at Blakeney

This is the worst apartment complex experience I’ve ever had. Avoid it.

I’ve placed numerous maintenance requests both through the app and via the voicemail line for the same issue beginning in January 2022. Just a simple set of blinds that need to be replaced. And they still haven’t been replaced as of November 2022. When it was time to renew my lease - it went up very significantly. The lease rate listed online is far less than what you’ll pay whenever you renew. They are doing anything they... can to nickel and dime residents. The “renovations” they’re doing are cheaply done. There are much better places to stay for what they’re charging for rent here.

We’ve been unhappy for awhile ...

So we have been here over a year so far and we only renewed the lease because of a delay with a job transfer out of state .

The latest issues take place after the management (2021) . In 2020 it wasn’t as bad . But lately we can’t get through on the phones at all . The door is always locked (they claim Covid related ) but I think it’s an excuse .
Some neighbors of mine complained about the same issues with their appliances breaking time and time again . Why not fix it the first time ?

We... tried to use the pool. Duck poop everywhere- simply because they can’t get rid of the ducks . I understand that . Why not cover the pool at night ? The apartment are next to a swamp which causes a lot of mosquitoes to hang out by your front door if you go outside they come inside immediately. Then you are living with the mosquitoes. Not fun. Especially at night they are everywhere.

Great Apartment

Such a great place to live, very clean the area is amazing for my kids. Everything is close to this apartment, shopping center is just across the street great restaurants so happy and blessed to live in this complex very friendly people the school is a #1 in the area of Charlotte just amazing love it here...
