The Atherton is a great place to live. The amenities are great and the building is in a great location. Being on South Boulevard, it can be loud, but you sign up for that.

My boyfriend and I just moved into the Atherton and we absolutely love it! The leasing team were great in helping us with a very quick move-in, the amenities are awesome and we love our apartment.

I love living at the Atherton! Very lively area with lots of good food, music and drinks. There's lots of retail within a very short walk, and its right on the rail trail to getting into uptown is really easy.
