Mantenimiento 2/10 si se daña algo no lo reparan ,en la oficina no hablan español … en general no es tan malo.es buen lugar hay mucha comodidad para animales

I don’t think maintenance exists here. 0 amenities…the outside smells strongly of dog pee. Just poorly maintained all around. Literally the only thing is the size of the apartments but they rent to anyone and you’ll frequently find glass everywhere. I was chased by a dog going to my car as well.

Idk the pools been closed for 2 years and the girl in the leasing office kept lying that it would eventually be opened. Spells like weed sometimes…I went almost a month without ac in June in a heat wave and never received any kind of credit…turned out my ac was missing a filter and the poorly trained maintenance didn’t think to check that…only plus is a dedicated work space…price vs value is just not there imo but I digress.

Buen lugar,el mantenimiento un poco lento…La basura casi siempre está lleno.los apartamentos son bonitos,el problema es la filtración .si pasa algo en el hogar,tardan demasiado en resolverse
