The Sawyer Providence Farm Apartments

The Sawyer is simply the best place to live in South Charlotte. It is in pristine distance from some of the best stores, with Whole Foods being only a five minute walk away! It is so easy to connect with the community with home many community events are held each month. The staff is so friendly and quick to help. Th apartment itself has been the best living experience I've had, as each utility gives a sense of luxury. Could not recommend this place enough!

Extremely beautiful environment! The leasing team is courteous and they respond promptly to any needs. The residents are also respectful and friendly. The amenities and community events are plentiful and most anything is within walking distance. The Sawyer Providence farm is exactly what apartment living should be!
