Do not stay here!!

This place is the absolute worse. First of all, whoever did the plumbing and sealing did not know what they were doing and did a terrible job. Many of our pipes are sticking out of the wall. When we first got here, there were bugs everywhere and the outside of the buildings were filthy. No one answers the phone in leasing office so it’s hard to get in contact with them to discuss issues about our apartment. We live right near the dumpster and are having to pay a $20 monthly fee for valet trash... even though we don’t use it. They recently disabled the e check option on our resident portal so we have to pay close to a $40 card fee just to get our rent paid. If you wash clothes, you have to pay $2 to wash and $2 to dry and some of the machines are out of order. So basically, we are paying more than what this trash dump is worth. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Paid $250 towards Application, Administrative and Processing Fee

I called up to rent a one bedroom apartment. I was informed that the application and processing fee would be $50. However, I was charged $250 in the name of application and administrative fee. I never got my holding money of $200 back.

Charging me $50 for application and processing was fine, but I wasn't expecting to lose $200. Especially, when I never even signed the lease. I'd have loved to be a part of this community, but unfortunately no one followed up with me - neither via phone calls...
nor emails and I was running out of time. So, I went on to rent with someone else.

I'd have to admit that there was a sheer lack of clear communication. What I was told over the phone didn't match with what ended up happening.

The lesson learned is, don't fall for their false promises over the phone. It's all white lies. I've lost money just once, but certainly trust is lost forever.
