Best place to live in NODA. The property management team are so helpful and caring. They want what's best for the residents. Run great events each month. Property is clean and well maintained. Residents are very friendly. Very convenient location, close to restaurants and other places to go.

Beautiful living space, friendly neighbors, quiet private area of Noda, and awesome leasing staff. The train tracks are right next door so its sometimes loud in the middle of the night and it is a little expensive but totally worth it to be in the heart of Noda and feel as though you have a private community.

We just moved in to Yards at NoDa a week ago. We toured several different properties and chose Yards because of the beautiful green space, excellent resident reviews, nice floor plans, friendly and professional management team and general laid back / chill vibe. Also, dog friendly community. We haven’t done any of the community events yet, but it is very cool that they do events with residents each month. Our unit is beautiful and clean. There were a couple of items that needed maintenance... attention (nothing major) when we moved in. Raleigh was very helpful in getting those move-in maintenance requests submitted and Adam G did an excellent job fixing everything on the maintenance request in a timely and professional manner. We already can tell we made the right choice and can’t wait to explore all that NoDa has to offer. Also, we love that Yards is close to everything walking-wise, yet tucked away enough to not be a loud community!
