Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property. No unauthorized guests or visitors are allowed without prior approval. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, and during these hours, no loud music should be played, and all audio should be kept at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. The property will be inspected for damages after checkout, and guests are required to report any damages upon check-in to avoid being charged after departure. We enforce a strict two-strike policy for violations of house rules: the first violation will result in a warning, and the second violation will lead to immediate removal from the property without a refund. This applies to unauthorized guests, excessive noise, smoking violations, or any disruptive behavior. Filming, photoshoots, or any type of commercial production are strictly prohibited on the property. Guests have full access to their private unit, including all listed amenities inside the apartment.
