I have only lived here for 5 weeks but so far, my experience living here has been very positive. From management to maintenance, my contacts with these employees have left me feeling as a part of the community and I love that it is so welcoming for pet owners.

I’ve had the pleasure of living at Parkridge Estates for almost a year now and it has truly been a wonderful experience from the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed by the level of care and attention to detail from the management team. The office staff is always friendly, responsive, and eager to assist with any questions or concerns I have.
The amenities are fantastic-whether it’s the pool, gym, fire pit/grilling area, hammocks (my personal favorite) or the well kept landscaping, everything... is always in great condition. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly.
I also really appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of the community. It’s safe and welcoming environment, and I’ve made some wonderful neighbors along the way. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby conveniences like walking trails, shopping centers, public transportation, amazing restaurants, schools and colleges.
Overall, I highly recommend Parkridge Estates to anyone looking for a comfortable, well managed and enjoyable place to call home. It’s truly been a great experience!
