GOOD LOCATION, BAD MAINTENANCE AND VERY POOR MANAGEMENT
I have been living here for three years. No matter what management is in charge - maintenance is poor and care for maintenance is even worst - too much trash everywhere, for example... Areas around dumpsters are always dirty and many apartments have cockroaches. Management is only blah, blah but no real action to solve residents' issues, concerns, or common maintenance problems. Only excuse after excuse to get residents' money. Management is Jewish apparently, too many holidays and days off.... So, residents are on their own most of the time. Time to look for a better, decent, and clean place to live with responsible management where they really take good care of their residents
