UNINHABITABLE, LEAD, BLACK MOLD, ROACHES

The building is poorly maintained, with lead, mold, and roach infestations since 2022. There has been no heat since 2023, and numerous safety hazards exist, including exposed wires, broken windows, and unaddressed plumbing issues. The landlord, Lily Shah (Leo), neglects tenant concerns, retaliates, and fails to make repairs. False advertising and dangerous living conditions make this property far from "luxury." The overall neglect and unsafe environment are concerning, and the landlord continues... to lie and take money from tenants promising repairs or heat to be installed. Heat was supposed to be up and running November 1st, 2024. Here it is January, 2025 and no heat. All tenants have to use a space heater, but even with that, you will still have a room at 50° and can see your breath. Also, we have not received a key to our apartment since the move in date September, 2024. Avoid any place owned by EOG Homes at all cost because all their properties are the same. The tenants here deserve better, and hopefully in the very near future this company will no longer take advantage and steal from individuals. There's even a blind man here that unfortunately lives in unsafe living conditions listed above, if that tells you how heartless Lily Shah is.
