Adeline at White Oak Apartments is an apartment community
The WORST apartment complex ever. They literally lie to your face about everything. If you have a maintenance problem, you might as well fix it yourself. I was without A/C for several months & they continuously lied to me about when it would be fixed. Don’t waste your money. This is not “luxury living”. It is cheap & you will not get your money’s worth. On top of that, no one is ever in the office to answer calls of tenants or to work. It seems like a joke.

This property tells you one thing and does another. Don't trust them. They will smile in your face while lying to you, then take your deposit and deny you.

Great place to call home!
I normally don't do reviews but, thought that I should take a moment to write this. Being a tenant here has been amazing. This is a safe and very clean community. I am raising three children here and they love it as well. The amenities are amazing! Kathy, the property manager is always there when I have an issue. She has shown great customer service and does her very best to make this a great place to stay.

It’s Not Worth It
I lived at Adeline for almost 2 years. Besides the gate never working and me paying for a gated community; them not being flexible or accommodating residents during the wake pandemic, I had no other complaints. Until I moved out. I moved out at the end of July. On August 2nd, I was sent a move out summary via email with incorrect charges. I went to the leasing office and was told they would send me an updated summary. 2 months go by, I hear nothing from Adeline. I get a phone call from a debt... collection agency saying Adeline is requesting I pay $400 more than what was on my original move out summary. I went back to the leasing office to be told I’m being charged for a carpet that was not beyond normal wear and tear, but simply because a carpet’s life expectancy is 5 years, and I moved out in 2 (none of which is on my leasing agreement). Meanwhile, I still have not received a SINGLE email from Adeline. Be mindful that they have me and my husband’s emails and phone numbers on file. We also NEVER missed an email in the almost 2 years we were there, but we just so happened to not get this “new” move out summary before they decided to send it to collections. Still no remorse and/or accountability on Adeline’s part for the miscommunication. In this time, I have contacted the renters commission, the district manager, and the property manager. The district manager played phone tag with me for 2 weeks and offered no apology or solution. The property manager has yet to email me back answering my inquiries, 3 weeks later. The renters commission cannot do anything because Adeline is not licensed with them. And on today, this payment hit my credit score, something Adeline reassured me wouldn’t happen. I consistently paid every bill on time, even through the pandemic. I am disappointed in how Adeline is handling my concerns and even more disappointed in the how unjust and unfair this is to the resident. Whatever you do, don’t let those amenities draw you in! They are beyond unprofessional and not worth the headache.

I am making a quick move from out of state. I found this property and called and they gave me a tour right when I got there. Ebony showed my friend and I around and helped me choose the perfect apartment. I am still going through the application process and so far everyone has been super helpful, responsive, and nice. I hope I get the chance to live here because the staff and property is amazing. Not to mention there is a floor plan for any kind of need you could want.
