Problem after problem
I have only lived here a month, and it has been issue after issue, which started at my move in. Currently, and probably the most significant issue, is the washer and dryer I rented with the apartment. I wasn’t told until move-in that they would not be installed for 2-3 weeks, and I feel like I needed to hound people to get them installed. The washer was defective, and it took a few more weeks to replace that. However over the course of determining the original washer was defective and installing... the new one, little to no communication was provided in order to prepare, and the maintenance personnel left trash in my apartment multiple times. I have never lived somewhere that made me want to cry most of the time. I had no idea it would be like this prior to moving in.

We're glad to be here. The apartment, for the most part, is good. There's just a few things we would change like to change like the kitchen sink, it's small. And there's no linen closet.

The front leading office people are so kind! The maintenance staff are super quick and helpful for all issues in the apartment. Super pet friendly too! Sierra in the leasing office is the kindest person! 10/10 recommend!
