I live in a two bedroom townhouse. There are hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen has nice appliances. It is perfect for me and my 7 year old son. It is a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. There is a pool that we use almost every day in the summer.
This is not a high-end luxury place. I would call it medium- it is a nice, safe place with updated appliances at a reasonable price.

Decent looking apartments; newly renovated but bug infested. Cockroach’s crawl from any possible opening including the AC vents and utility closet. They have pest control come once a week to treat a problem that is like putting a band aid over a gun shot wound. I’ve only been staying here for 2 months and I’ve woken up twice to cockroaches crawling on my legs and my face.

These aparments are a great value, thet feel relatively safe, but the owners do not employ enough maintenance men to properly keep the property in good order. Additionally, cheap materials are used in the aparment buildings and the main ac is not big enough to cool the upatairs rooms. If you are in need of a budget apartment and don't mind having things messed up for months before someone fixes it, then give it a shot. Otherwise, pass on it.
