In the beginning of my lease I was impressed with the quick response of the maintenance team to address and resolve issues. My contentment with the apartment soured when I discovered mold surrounding the windows of several rooms in my apartment. I lived with this problem for months. My apartment also flooded for no apparent reason. Periodically, odors from the sink scented the kitchen. I'm impressed with friendly office staff, always a smile and kind word. Made to feel at home at Yorkleigh Apts. Maintenance is very knowledgeable and prompt to make repairs. The property is well maintained. I can pay rent online, mail it or take it by the office, my choice. I feel safe living here, easy access to job from Gate City Blvd or via I-85.

Mildew smell they will not pay to get it fixed. Half maintainece work. Things not fixed before move in date. No hot water. In order to pay rent u must drive to Greensboro no office in Jamestown. Can't wait for lease to be up!
