BEWARE

BEWARE!!
We just moved out over a month ago and received a ridiculous bill statement.
$50 paint fee,Almost $400 carpet replacement fee and almost $200 fee for sealing up the floor "due to pets". I was told our apartment had a dog urine smell, but our dog was house trained?!
Oh and the $300 none refundable pet fee doesn't cover anything that "may be Caused by your pet!"Apparently! Be careful! They will lie to get more money from you!
We kept our apartment clean and did no damages. The apartment...
will charge you for normal wear and tear for someone who has lived there for almost 3 years!
I hope this is helpful to others.

Great location!

We moved to lake park at the end of last year and have enjoyed our time here! Any issues have been dealt with by the office promptly and we have met several neighbors who we stop and talk to regularly. The units have been updated in and out, and the park adjoining the property serves up some great sunsets and wildlife to watch. I’m amazed, when I head out to cities nearby, just how close we are to major stuff. Much of what you need is right in town. Would definitely recommend!

Office Staff is AMAZING

I have lived here for about a year now . As I am getting ready to move I wanted to thank everyone in the office ESP Amy for all they have done for me and my family ! I am a single mom and after a situation that happened early on after I moved in the whole community was assured by Amy & Desiree that no one was in harms way . Even then when I constantly called the office they reassured me I was okay . Anytime I have had any maintenance issue they have been SUPER quick to address it . I've never... been late on rent however they are always understanding anytime I have had a concern . You won't find a office staff that is as friendly and welcoming as they have been here . My kids and I will miss the lake view I see every morning I wake up , The pool , the beautiful scenery and our neighbors / staff. If it wasn't for my dogs needing more room I would be staying right here ! If you are looking to move to an apartment Lake park is perfect for the affordable rent & great location . Also thank you for accepting my pit mixes :) - Lindsey

Perfect!

I lived here for a year back in 2016. At the time, I didn't know whether to live in Greensboro or Winston Salem. Settled here because it's perfectly located in between those two cities. Very quiet and clean community. It's definitely not fancy, but the price and location makes up for it. Less than a mile from Walmart and other great grocery stores. I miss living here!

GREAT PLACE

I stayed her for a bit of time until I bought my house and it suited my needs just fine. I lived on the 3rd floor so I had vaulted ceilings. made it feel huge in the apartment. I only wish I had a little more time with the new manager. she was nice and very on point with everything, you could tell she did that kind of work for a long time and knew her stuff. I will DEF. be sending friends your way!!!!
