Horrible experience with Avana since new rental company took over. Lack of communication with management, forget getting anything fixed, and there’s a ton of roaches.

I am comfortable in my apartments, I like them, really like the localization and the area itself, beautiful and clean enough!
But what bothers me is that I can't ask for repairs or insect repellent.
