Beautiful community! Well kept. Safe. Outstanding leasing and maintenance departments. Very resident satisfaction oriented. Everyone who works here has gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable. If anyone has a disability, I highly recommend this community to you!

Wish they cleaned the breezeways from leaves more often. Also they charge you to keep your bike on your patio/balcony which is insane if you ask me. Wouldn't recommend this place to live, just a lot of things they should do better. Like actually fixing the mail room door instead of sending out emails complaining about people stealing other people's packages. This place was better living before they changed management. Since then, my rent has gone up and my car has been broken into (it was parked... next to my door in the complex). Really seems like the new owners really don't care about the well being of the residents.

I would rate this as the top apartment in Mooresville. The environment is serene, secure, and peaceful, offering a welcome escape from chaos. The management team is professional and always available to assist. It truly offers great value for money – I got exactly what I paid for.

Absolutely love this place! Super quiet! Everyone is so nice! Management is very understanding! The apartment complexes and club house are always clean and put together.

Office people we friendly neighbors or quiet over all the community is great we have been here close to 3 months and I have no complaints..the only thing we’re struggling with is we have been locked out of our mailbox and still haven’t got that fixed yet :(
