Disappointed, the views are stunning but communication from the leasing office is awful. They don’t call you back and have issues with follow through.

The Osprey is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The office staff is the best and is always very helpful to any issues. I truly enjoy living at the Osprey and would highly recommend to anyone.

Great Community - Terrible Management

Great location. You actually live on Lake Norman. Not near it, but next to it. Beautiful apartments with crown molding. Covered garage. Close to everything and the community is wonderful. Ideal. What is wrong, Greystar management. They don’t know how to manage a luxury apartment complex. Lacking in communication and social events. Dismissed cleaning crew and hallways starting to smell. Poolside furniture dirty and grills subpar. Most of the onsite management team is young and green. It’s a... shame. The previous team were wonderful, engaging and scheduled many events throughout the year. Maintenance team are an exception, they are excellent. By the way, Antonio is mentioned in earlier reviews, he and the others have left since Greystar rolled in. It’s too bad, The Osprey is the diamond in the rough.

I have and will continue to highly recommend The Osprey At Lake Norman to friends and family. We recently moved here from out of state. Management here made our move in so trouble free and pleasurable that we were able to focus our time and energy on other areas that needed attention. The grounds, facilities and amenities are first rate.
