I was electrocuted by a shotty dryer shortly after moving in, then it was noted I bought my own and just didn't want to use the properties dryer. No accountability or apology. A year later they brought me a new one after not adjusting the rent to reflect o had my own. The after hours emergency line is never responded too. Nothing gets fixed with out follow up and there is never any empathy from the office unless they have been talked to by the regional office. I thought things were finally... getting better and renewed my lease but 8 days with out heat and the law says requires heat issues with below freezing temps be addressed within 48 hours didn't mean anything until Mrs Green was contacted. Id love to resolve things in the office but leadership can be snarky and at times calus. Three separate conversations about heat and one call to the region office and it fixed the same day. Before that the last I heard was we have to wait in parts there is nothing we can do. It had already been 7 cold long nights
