I would like to see some improvements before I recommend this apartment complex. (Maintenance and Trash Pickup)

We are happy to say we are in the process of having the gates fixed, the compactor fixed and the pool fixed. these have been the biggest complaints since we have taken over and we are... glad to be making progress. I love living here in the compound, but my problem is that the maintenance is poor.

I love the community a lot. But my ongoing unresolved maintenance issue with something as crucial as "air quality" in my apartment is unbelievable and will certainly influence my judgement of the community. But overall, TheLex @ Brier Creek is a lovely community to live in.
