The Pace at Holding Village Apartamentos

Living at Pace has been a great experience! From the staff to the amenities, lake, pool, 4th floor activity room, fire pit, pizza oven and grill, well lit parking and breezeway, is an all inclusive place to live. I travel an hour back and forth to work daily.

Maintenance always responds timely and explains what will be done. This is very helpful. The entire team is always helpful, professional and courteous.

These apartments are not as luxurious as they were advertised online. They are extremely noisy, poorly constructed, and have inconsiderate neighbors. I've encountered over 30 maintenance issues.

When I submitted complaints, the management often did not respond or simply ignored them.

The only positive aspect is that the maintenance team is professional and polite.

I recommend looking around first, as the noise level is excessive unless you’re on the third floor, which might be better,... especially in the main building. Make sure to explore your options before signing a lease here. Lee mas
