Ebony is Fantastic! I debated for quite awhile about renewing my lease.
Ebony was instrumental in resolve an issue I had regarding the length of time I wanted to renew for. She worked on the issue and got the results I requested for an extended lease. Ebony is professional, friendly and very supportive.

Draft strip Replaced the draft strip - door is so hard to open and shut and air is still coming in around the door. I’ll just keep putting tape on it
