Wind your way in and out of our multiple porches, beautifully landscaped yard with an outdoor pool, seating... vignettes in the trees, and multiple outdoor furnishing settings.

Take the easy 5-block walk to Oak Island Beach to enjoy the sand and surf each day with a walk with your sweetie and furry friend. Middleton Park is right next door to get all of the kid's energy out and public boat access is available nearby if you need to get away from the activities of the day.

Staying in? An open-concept living area with luxury hardwoods, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Our home has all the comforts you need to cook full family meals with a beautiful dining room table to share dinner (or play your favorite games). There is plenty of soft seating for visiting inside on rainy days. Five TVs throughout all have basic cable.

The backyard is fenced-in with a pool. Covered private parking. Exterior stairwells up to either the front or back porches.

The loft dorm-style bedroom upstairs is perfect for guests to tuck away with a bathroom on that level.
