Anderson Flats is a true apartment community, with an ideal location just inside the Beltline, near North Hills shopping center; lots of amenities, including a swimming pool, game room, and gym; friendly neighbors; and managers who go the extra mile to solve any problems that arise. My four years here have been an absolute pleasure.

so far it's been great/smooth! I haven't moved in yet (march), moving to NC from out of state but the leasing ofc has been very nice, helpful, communicative and seem to really be on top of things!

I cannot imagine living anywhere else. This is such a convenient location and great neighborhood. The residents are friendly and genuinely care about their neighbors.

The location can't be beat and all the neighbors are so friendly and always say hi or waive, even when walking on the Greenway which is one of my favorite things about the area.
