Very nice community! Everybody is so nice and it always feels like home. I I have made some good friends and I’ll never forget my time at Inman Park ! The best apartment complex in Raleigh.

Moving from South Florida to Raleigh was a big transition, but Inman Park Apartments made the experience smooth and stress-free. From the moment I inquired about leasing, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my move-in process was seamless, answering all my questions and making me feel right at home. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. If you’re looking for a great place to live in Raleigh with... top-notch service, I highly recommend Inman Park Apartments!

Great community. Very safe and peaceful. The few times I’ve needed any maintenance assistance they come quickly and handle the problem without a lot of disruption.

Inman Park Apartments is a hidden gem. The apartments are well kept and the layouts are spacious. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to downtown Raleigh with ease of access to 40, 440, and 540. The front office staff are courteous and responsive. The maintenance team are quick to address any concerns submitted. The common areas are kept clean and the grounds are always well maintained.

I have lived at Inman Park for about 2 1/2 years now and feel as good about living here now as I did when I moved in. The grounds are beautiful year round, the buildings are in great shape, the staff is easy to work with, the apartments are lovely. I enjoy the neighbors and feel safe here. The few problems I've reported have been dealt with quickly and professionally. If you are looking for a place, check us out!!
