I like it here overall. Just a few neighbor issues from time to time but nothing too concerning. Its a great community close to everything i want or need.

No one answered the phone when you call the office, also work orders never get complete. Also your charged for trash ballet and it never gets picked up and you can not opt out of it, rent is too high for the amount of space in the apartments they are not luxury the are old and outdated

Legacy of Six forks is a great to live. It's pretty peaceful, clean and management is always helpful. I had an issue with my heat and management handled it right away.

In the building where I live lately there are very scandalous neighbors, with loud music and with natural gas grills on the balconies that scares me a lot.
