“I recently renewed my lease primarily because of the apartment’s convenient location. However, I’m disappointed that a stained mirror in my unit has not been replaced since I moved in. Additionally, there are no perks or incentives for renewing tenants, which would have been appreciated. The pool is also closed for a significant portion of the year, limiting its use. While the location works for me, I wish the management would be more responsive to concerns and improve amenities.”

I love the sense of community between the social events offered as well as the prompt service of the management office. However, I took off one star because I feel that a fraction of the other units don't respect the property as much as they should. It's a gorgeous and enriching building and should be treated as such. All in all, I love it here!

Quiet, peaceful place to live, close to work amd downtown Durham scene. Staff and maintenance crew are great and addtess issues in a progessional and timely manner. Neighbors are friendly professionals.

I had several issues like the walls are not painted evenly and patio with a lot of old paint. Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly cleaned and needed to be cleaned again. Overall, 605 West End Apartments provide a comfortable and modern living experience with a focus on spaciousness, cleanliness, and comprehensive amenities.
