“I recently renewed my lease primarily because of the apartment’s convenient location. However, I’m disappointed that a stained mirror in my unit has not been replaced since I moved in. Additionally, there are no perks or incentives for renewing tenants, which would have been appreciated. The pool is also closed for a significant portion of the year, limiting its use. While the location works for me, I wish the management would be more responsive to concerns and improve amenities.”
