I absolutely love my new apartment! I love how everything still looks brand new and the updated appliances. The Marble counters are just beautiful! The apartment has a lot of storage space. Making it easy to find a place for anything!

I don’t know what’s going on with the new staff, I would say the staff that’s been there recently within 3 months, they NEVER answer the phone, they NEVER return texts and they NEVER respond to voicemail. Not every resident have the luxury to come into the office, that’s why answering the phone and returning calls are important. You can never get questions answered. Based on those reasons, I won’t consider renewing. Office staff is what draws the resident retention, if you half azz office staff... , you loose residents. We just want to be heard and have our questions resolved without having to leave 5 voicemails, 2 texts and still no response.
