I like living in this very active, friendly community. The location & surroundings are great. There are many activities that are not only Overture sponsored, but are resident driven as well. There is always something to do.

I love living at Overture Centennial!!! First of all, location, then amenities, then never ending activities. There is always something to do, something to get involved in with your neighbors. Now, I'm still working, but I'm looking forward to when I do retire, getting in on some of the fun. Last, the lovely building itself, and it is always clean and fresh smelling. This is a huge accomplishment because our building has it's share of fur babies and you would never know it. You've got to come... check us out!!.

Overture Centennial is a nice place to live. It’s in general clean and secure. Management is available if needed and they are helpful and responsive. Maintenance for the apartment is quick and helpful.
Unfortunately the outside surrounding the building and Maintenance for public issues is failing. Sings are not replaced, dog stations are crooked and not attended to. Locks don’t work correctly. for weeks and months. It looks like that nobody is checking the place on a regular basis. And that’s... too bad because it’s a nice place.

it has exceeded my expectations in all categories. the staff has been excellent and always accessible even though I have not had the need of them since there have been no problems but there are always smiling and being helpful to others.if looking for a place that is just a nice quiet and no maintenance then this is the place for you.
