It is so great to live here. But after night, the noise from the public transport is a little bit troublesome to me. Overall it is a good experience here.

Things are broken pretty often and we have roaches. Living there is ok. Turning in an out of apartment is dangerous because of where cars are allowed to park.

I have loved living at paloma so far. They have great amenities and a nice community! I would totally continue to live here if it were within my budget in the coming years!

It's a great place to live, but the parking is horrible. Why aren't there enough parking spaces for each resident living at Paloma? Almost every night (I'm usually home no later than 8 pm) I have to walk 10 minutes to my apartment from where I'm forced to park due to limited parking.
If you're not interested in increasing your step count, I would suggest another apartment complex where you're at least guaranteed a parking spot (and are not required to pay extra money per month just to park your... car outside on effing concrete)

Once again, otherwise, it's a pretty nice place to live.

Unfortunately, when developed, the company at the time did not set the community up for a space for each resident so that is not something we are able to resolve. While we have worked to... implement polices and systems to regulate and sign individuals up for parking, we understand the inability to park onsite if you did not get a space in the lot can be frustrating.
