We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the appliances in your unit. This is... the first time we hear about issues with appliances within your unit. I checked the works orders for all your roommates and yourself and nothing has been put in. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the office directly and we would be glad to assist!

We also understand how frustrating the situation with the power outage must have been, as you are aware, this was caused by a faulty electrical device. There were 5 emails sent out with communication in regard to the issue, from time of discovery to day of resolution. Additionally, we sent out an email to everyone affected by the power outage with instructions for reimbursement and we never received a response from you.

We understand how frustrating it must be to deal with AC issues, electricity disruptions, and internet connectivity problems... , especially when you rely on these services for daily tasks like schoolwork. If you are still experiencing internet issues I strongly recommend you to contact GigStreem as they are there to troubleshoot/help with any internet issues. Regarding the resident portal, this is the first time we've heard anyone having issues with the portal giving errors. If you are still experiencing these issues let us know and we’ll also escalate the issue to our tech team to make sure that maintenance requests can be submitted smoothly.
