Money Hungry!

They all about money. Have nice units will not keep them up. Do not care about tenant needs. If a could rate them a zero I would!

Unprofessional

Went there to possibly rent an apartment from them it’s been three months since I heard back from them I pay them the money still no response call them still no response why would you even take peoples money when you don’t even have available units what a rip off

A Great Place to Live

I love this place. It's close to everything and very convenient. I like working with the office staff. I hope to be here for a while.

Concerned Tenant

Do not live here if you don't have to. Several maintenance issues that takes months to resolve and the management is irresponsible and never around to take care of issues. There are several tenants that sell drugs right in the parking lot. The police are constantly making arrests and patrolling the area (which is actually the best "feature" to me). Overall, I've dealt with this for the convenience to and from work and school. Also, for the price of rent but they always say, you get what you pay... for. Why run a property if you're unable to keep up with it?
