I moved here from another state a couple months ago, from the application process to first viewing the apartment the staff has been amazing. While living here it’s been amazing how much they care for you and your animals.

Location is key! The building is close to everything, offering great convenience. Having the main entrance locked provides peace of mind. The community is friendly, the floor plans are appealing, and the recycling system is efficient. Additionally, the management team is very responsive.

The Franklin at Crossroads checks out and is as advertised on its website. I’m a pretty particular person and I’m thoroughly pleased so that might say a lot about how excellent of an apartment complex this is.

This apartment building is infested with roaches. Like literally tiny roaches all over your house it’s disgusting and the maintenance is terrible, they fix some thing, and it literally breaks the next day! If I can give this apartment zero stars, I would. I was so ready for my lease to be up. I hate this place.
