Please be careful!
I don’t know if the management office was bad or the people in the office were.
I reported leaks, bugs, rats and thieves. They didn’t replied to me for 1.5 months, then they let me wait for another month. When I asked the maintenance guys when they were chatting and laughing at the lawns, they said they were never assigned to fix my apartment. Some of my electric device broke because of bugs and rats. The office never toke responsibility and they changed the management (2023-2024). They forced... us to move out then charge you extra money! So cruel.
