So far I have had a great experience here I ran into a friend I used to work with that lives here which is awesome and yesterday my neighbor brought over a care package which was great ! Thanks for a peaceful home.

Good for the price, but a lot's broken and dirty. Was like that during move in. Submitted requests, maintenance took a long time and didn't fix it.

Pretty quiet and chill. The property seems to need a few more trash receptacles. The dumpsters are always overflowing. Everyone seems to keep to themselves.

I enjoy living here. Although, over the last 6 months I have heard several complaints along with my own, when it comes to maintenance. I would love to have a reliable, experienced trustworthy, hardworking maintenance person.
