Warning

This place is not a good place to live at all. They have damages in every apartment from last year storm that still need to be fixed. There is problems with wasps, gnats, spiders, bird droppings, bird nests, mole and lets not talk about the snakes that love to come out from the swamp and marsh nearby. Living here is like National Geographic with all the things crawling around and the place is pretty much public. The gate is broke more than it is fixed and there is always suspicious drug activity... going on around this place.
