Roach infested and bad heating

The remodeled apartments are very poorly remodeled. Someone just slapped improperly cut molding and cabinetry in an old apartment so lots of bugs and roaches can live in the floor and ceiling and come out into the apartment. The heating element is uninsulated CEILING HEAT. There was no way to control the temperature so without diligence you really run up your electric bill and your apartment is BOILING.
They look okay for the price at first but you’re better off getting an actually new... apartment and not spending $200+ a month on electric.
