The master suite has a king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower with a dual head shower. The other 2 bedrooms, one with a full-size bed, the other with a twin bed with trundle, and a twin day bed both have smart TVs and share the hall bathroom with a step-in shower. The stacked washer & dryer are found on this floor. Each bedroom has sliding glass doors that access a deck.
The top floor is where all the family gathering is done. The living room is comfortable, light, and airy with plentiful windows. The dining room table seats 4 and is perfect for meals, a card game, or working on a puzzle. The large and well-appointed kitchen has a generous island for meal prep or the meal itself. The island seats another 4. For convenience, there is a half bath. The bedroom on this floor has a queen-sized bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The great room and the bedroom both access a deck.

The exterior is almost as good as the interior with a hot and cold running enclosed outside shower and outside dining set. Located a quick walk or bike ride to the beach.
