Due to the paved drive and paved road access, this is about as good 365/24/7 access one could hope for in our area.
The home also features a large carport and fenced yard for your companion.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Owner's insurance prohibits aggressive breed/partial aggressive breed animals of any kind. You must submit vet records, pet reference, and pictures of the pet for approval. There will be a pet fee to be determined also on a case by case basis. Pet fees range from $250-$500 on average
Home is on a private well and 2 bedroom septic tank and therefore is not suitable for living situations that require a lot of water usage.
Tenant must Maintain the Yard, bushes, and fence line on both sides and Remove Trash weekly.

Across the street neighbor's property resembles a junkyard.
Older home, smaller closets, smaller septic capacity better suited for 1-2 people.
Tenants have to change Water Filter every 2 Months at this House due to the amount of heavy sediment in the Well Water. They will begin to Notice Lowered Water Pressure, then it's time to change the Filter again.
To Qualify you will need to have a 650 Credit Score, 6 years of established credit, No Criminal Background and Paystubs to prove the Market Rent 3 times within a month.
