Belle Meade was the best apartment living experience I had. I lived in a few different apartments in Wilmington, NC throughout my collegiate years, but moved to Belle Meade after graduating college and beginning my career. I lived in a one bedroom apartment at Belle Meade for one year and only moved out because I purchased a house for myself (I would have extended my lease had I not purchased my own home.)
The property is in a great location and backs up to a nice neighborhood. It is in a safe... area of town and is central to tons of shopping, dining, beaches, and the Cape Fear River. Also, the office and maintenance staff are incredible and easy to work with. Any issues I had during my year at Belle Meade were solved as quickly as possible - most maintenance requests being solved same day. I cannot speak highly enough of this complex and the incredible staff.

I LOVE LIVING HERE!!!
I cannot say enough good things about living here!!! The staff has been top notch since the moment I moved in!!! They are so responsive and really want to to take care of of their tenants. The maintenance crew is very polite and helpful as well!! The grounds are beautiful, it’s quiet and the people are friendly here!! I moved from out of state and feel very safe living here, very well lit at night!! You would be lucky to live here!!

Going downhill fast!!!!
New management that does not care about property or residents. Expensive apartments and low quality care. If you want luxury and perks just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Why pay the same price for a "luxury" apartment and not get your moneys worth???

Love the location
I truly love the amenities this property has. It has TWO fitness centers, and the 24 hour clubhouse is amazing! The residents here are one of a kind! The staff is always there if you need anything.
